The Object Of This Contract Is The Contracting Of A Service For The Performance Of Works Of Construction Management In The Execution Phase (Do) Of Restoration Projects Of Abandoned Extractive Activities. The Provision Of These Services Will Take Into Account All The General Aspects That Are Stipulated In The Current Regulations, In Its Application Regulations, As Well As The Specific Ones Determined By Fcsa And/Or That Are Specified During The Term Of The Contract In Response To Doubts That May Arise.
