The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Legal Advisory Service In Matters Of Foreign Affairs For The Consell Comarcal Del Baix Empordà. This Service Must Respond To The Great Demand That Exists On The Part Of The Foreign Population Of The Region, As The Procedures Necessary To Regularize Administrative Situations, Nationalization, Regrouping And Other Procedures Necessary To Access Under Equal Conditions To The Rest Of The Citizenry, Are Very Expensive And Require Specific And Very Individualized Advice. Therefore, It Must Facilitate Personal Autonomy, The Reception And Integration Of Foreign People In Our Region. In Addition, The Legal Advice Service In Foreign Affairs Must Accompany The Professionals Of The Social Services, And Other Specialized Services That Have As Recipients The Same Target Population, Providing Support In The Follow-Up Of Cases, Resolving Doubts Or Informing About The Most Relevant Changes In This Matter. This Service Is Aimed At The Entire Baix Empordà Region And Will Be Provided On A Roaming Basis To Different Municipalities. It Is A Free Service That Can Be Accessed In Person, By Phone And By Prior Appointment, With Face-To-Face Services Being The Priority.
