The Activity Will Take Place In The Building On Which The Concession Is Granted, Located In Plaça 1 D'Octubre S/Nº, With An Approximate Area Of ​​100 M2 (Including Terrace). The Destination Of The Good Will Be Solely And Exclusively The Development Of Activities Specific To A Bar. These Uses Must Be Maintained Throughout The Duration Of The Concession. With This Procedure, The Right To Privately And Exclusively Occupy The Bar Facilities Of The Bellpuig Municipal Swimming Pools Will Be Awarded In Order To Proceed With Their Exploitation. The Contract Includes The Following Services From The Contractor: • Operation Of The Bar Service At The Municipal Swimming Pools. • Access Control To Municipal Swimming Pools. • Sale Of Daily Individual Tickets In Favor Of The City Council. • Daily Cleaning Of All Facilities (Bar, Terraces, Changing Rooms And Bathrooms).
