The Object Of The Contract Is The Combined Contracting Of The Necessary Services To Guarantee The Correct Operation, Conservation, Maintenance And Improvement Of The Municipal Public Lighting Installations, Including The Traffic Lights. This Contract Has A Mixed Nature, Given That Its Object Includes, In An Indissociable Way, Services Specific To A Service Contract And Services Specific To A Supply Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 18 Of Law 9/2017, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp). Specifically, The Purpose Of The Contract Includes, On The One Hand, The Provision Of Comprehensive Maintenance Services For Public Lighting Installations And Traffic Lights, Which Includes Ordinary, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, The Detection And Repair Of Breakdowns, The Verification Of Installations, The Management And Maintenance Of Remote Management Systems, The Control Of Operation, The Updating Of The Inventory, As Well As The Implementation Of Improvement Actions, Energy Efficiency And Adequacy Regulations Of The Facilities. On The Other Hand, The Contract Includes The Supply Of The Necessary Materials For The Replenishment, Replacement And Renovation Of The Elements That Make Up The Public Lighting And Traffic Lights Installations, Including, Among Others, Lamps, Luminaires, Auxiliary Equipment, Electrical Components And Other Associated Elements, To The Extent Necessary To Guarantee The Continuity And Quality Of The Service. This Supply Falls Within The Specific Assumptions Of The Supply Contract, As It Entails The Acquisition Of Movable Property Intended For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Facilities. Both Services Are Functionally Linked And Cannot Be Separated, Given That The Correct Execution Of The Maintenance Service Necessarily Requires The Availability And Supply Of Replacement Materials, And, In Turn, This Supply Only Makes Sense Within The Framework Of The Actions Specific To The Maintenance Of
