B) Legal Advice On Housing Matters To The Municipal Technical Staff, Which Includes: Support In The Drafting And Revision Of Contracts For The Transfer Of Use Or Lease, Preparation Of Procedural Documents, Review Of The Housing Allocation Regulations, Proposal Of Homogeneous Contractual Models And The Representation Of The Corporation In A Timely Manner In Judicial Proceedings.
