The Consell Comarcal De La Garrotxa And The Rest Of The Entities Mentioned Must Resort To The External Contracting Of This Service Since They Do Not Have Sufficient Personnel With The Necessary Knowledge Or The Appropriate Means (Specific Software) To Carry Out The Services That Are The Subject Of This Contract.
