1.	Experience related to up to 5 (five) consultancy assignments (completed projects) for Engineering (development of asset management manuals and policy documents) and, for electric distribution networks up to a voltage level of 36kV. 
2.	Experience in having designed and implemented 5 (five) assignments (completed projects) related to preparation of operating and commissioning manuals/procedures for substations and lines up to 36kV.
3.	Experience in working-conditions in WAPP member countries Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, The Gambia, Togo, Senegal, and Sierra Leone.
4.	Experience in development of policies and manual for live line operation/maintenance of distribution asset up to 36kV. 

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, of the Republic of Ghana.
