The eligible company shall meet the following minimum qualification criteria:

1)	FINANCIAL CAPACITY:

Available working capital of recent year or cash in bank or stand-by line of credit from a financial institution to meet the project cash flow requirement of US$ 350,000.00 and its current contracts commitment.

•	Document Required: In case of bank Statement: the period requires shall be past three (3) months prior to the submission of bid and the bidder must provide a sworn declaration to authorized the Employer to verify and authenticate the submitted bank statement.


2)	EXPERIENCES:

a.	Contract of Similar Size and Nature (Similar Experience in Supply Contract):

Similar Experience in supply of fuel to Government institution or other non-government institution, The Bidder should have demonstrated experience as a prime contractor, joint venture member or management contractor in undertaking similar projects with at least 1 similar project successfully implemented during the last 7 years where the value of the contract equal to or exceeds of USD 500,000.00.

•	Document Required: Certified true Copy of the Certificate of Completion or Acceptance/ Taking-Over Certificate/ Substantial Completion for the contracts submitted as successfully completed.
